Trash Collection
Trash is picked up on Monday mornings, which includes recycling, yard waste, and trash. If the normal schedule day falls on a holiday, the following day would be the pickup day, which would be a Tuesday. Trash is not to be set out prior to 6:00pm the day before collection, and empty containers must be picked by 7:00pm of the collection day. Parking
Residents may only park two vehicles in front of town homes, all other vehicles must be parked in overflow. Overflow parking for each court is listed in the Guidelines which may be found on the covenants page. On some courts residents that may have 3+ vehicles may be required to park their additonal vehicles on a court designated by the HOA.
Home Sales
Per Maryland Home Owners Association Laws the seller must provide to the buyer a resale package which includes all HOA Documents along with any covenants violations which must be corrected prior to settlement.
