For home owners that have work to be preformed on the exterior of your home. Please remember that all work done to the exterior of your home requires prior approval. Please either contact Procom or email the Covenants Committee. A Work Order can be created on our new portal at https://procom.cincwebaxis.com/ The work order and other documentation may also be emailed to the Covenants Chairperson.
We have also documented the original colors in our neighborhood. Along with the original colors, we also have the color mix so that the original Behr paints, may be replaced with a different brand. For more information, please review the Home Owner Guidelines.
